About the role
We are seeking both entry-level and experienced professionals to join our Telesales Advisor team. Individuals with a strong background in telesales or phone-based sales are highly encouraged to apply. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, volume driven, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a go-getter mentality, and a proven ability to meet sales goals. Positions are available both in our Miamisburg (Dayton area) and Blue Ash (Cincinnati area) offices.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales Expertise
- Achieve quarterly sales targets by enrolling leads in eligible Health insurance plans we offer via phone-based sales channels while maintaining a minimum standard closing ratio
- Engage and educate leads over the phone, tailoring Health plan options to their unique needs.
- Present plan options in a clear and compelling manner, addressing objections and closing sales effectively.
Customer Retention: Doing what is right by the lead
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding leads through the product enrollment process with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain the RetireMed Program, emphasizing the benefits of lifelong support and personalized service.
- Build meaningful relationships over the phone to foster trust and encourage referrals.
Compliance and Documentation
- Follow all CMS, and RetireMed compliance rules, procedures, and security measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment documentation.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records, capturing all critical client data and interactions in a detailed and timely manner.
Team and Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the team to meet shared sales goals while independently driving personal performance.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Product knowledge, licensing, certifications, and carrier updates.
- Support the "One Team, One Goal" vision by contributing to team initiatives and promoting a culture of accountability.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Experience in telesales or phone-based sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets desirable.
- Medicare knowledge and, or prior insurance sales experience are highly desirable.

- Obtain and maintain State Health Insurance licensure.
