What You Will Do:
- Lead Operations Excellence – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring all departments are aligned and running efficiently. Establish operational systems, policies, and processes to foster a culture of scalability and continuous improvement.
- Enhance Client Experience – Drive initiatives to enhance client touchpoints throughout the sales process, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Implement client journey mapping and feedback loops to optimize client satisfaction.
- Drive Operational Strategy – Analyze data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, report performance updates to leadership, and implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and financial growth.
- Team Leadership & Development – Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports and the broader team. Develop and manage training programs, promote team-building activities, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all operational processes comply with industry regulations, mitigate operational risks, and maintain up-to-date systems and procedures manuals. Lead audits and compliance examinations in adherence to financial services regulations.
- Strategic Growth & Partnerships – Manage vendor relationships, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives that support the organization’s expansion and long-term success.

- A results-driven operations leader with 1-7 years of experience managing operational functions, including HR, marketing, and strategic partnerships, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- A strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and implement scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and client experience.
- Highly analytical with expertise in tracking and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.
- A proactive leader with a track record of building and mentoring teams, cultivating talent, and driving performance.
- Experienced in budget management, compliance, risk mitigation, and optimizing workflows to reduce costs while improving quality and efficiency.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems, project management platforms, and financial services-specific tools.
