The Expertise We’re Looking For:
· Prior Reception/Administrative Experience (Required)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
· High school degree (Required)
· Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

What You Will Be Responsible For:
· Assemble meeting preparation documents pertaining to the client/prospect, client review, trust and policy deliveries including, but not limited to, presentations, plan illustrations, wealth accumulation calculations, marketing material, insurance applications, policy delivery documents, risk analysis questionnaires, etc.
· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
· Answer incoming calls
· Transfer all calls to the appropriate personnel
· Check night messages first thing every morning & update night messages as needed (holidays, etc.)
· Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
· Onboard new prospects and potential prospects from 3rd party marketing vendor into CRM system
· Upload client documents into CRM system for review
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
· Follow up with the client and Financial Advisor(s) during the entire sales cycle. Including but not limited to, meeting follow up emails and phone correspondence, process documentation, etc.
· Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
· Send out birthday and anniversary recognitions to clients
· Maintain and organize office files and documentation
· Pending Business, tracking, managing, following up
· Applications
· All other duties as assigned
Pay: $18-20/hr DOE
