Retirement Resources is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our service team who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while delivering exceptional customer service to both current and potential clients. How You Will Make a Difference:
Operational Excellence & Client Relations
- Manage new business applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with advisors, clients, and financial institutions to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Track account transfers and provide regular updates to clients.
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as the go-to liaison for clients and advisors, proactively addressing client inquiries and providing timely updates on account statuses.
- Assist advisors with pre-appointment preparation and client account/policy delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with service requests and verifying documents before processing.
Growth & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports using CRM databases and Excel.
- Record and maintain detailed client and prospect notes in the CRM system.
- Contribute to operational excellence and drive growth through proactive client interactions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, particularly with account transfers (ACAT experience preferred).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
