Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with a passion for supporting professionals and managing efficient operations? Retirement Resources, an established local financial services marketing company in Casper, WY, and we are quickly growing. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team.

Key Duties

  • Administrative & Client Support: Assist financial advisor with administrative and marketing initiatives, manage client interactions, and prepare for client meetings.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and service organizations to implement client-facing marketing strategies.
  • Office Operations: Manage office procedures, including information management, filing, supply requisition, budgeting, and clerical duties.
  • Document Management: Compose, edit, and handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • CRM Management: Create and maintain the ZOHO Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and organize spreadsheet files.
  • Process Improvement: Use technology to streamline workflows and improve office processes.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Oversee marketing efforts across social media platforms and manage the company website and email communication.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in administrative or office management roles; experience in the Insurance or Securities industry is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to compose and interpret reports and business correspondence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple products, and comfort with learning new technologies.
  • Attributes: Proactive, with strong initiative, work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
  • Mathematical Ability: Basic skills to calculate figures and interpret data.
