Financial Planner Trainee Program
Are you passionate about helping others while building a successful career? Our 12–18-month Financial Planner Trainee Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a financial planner. The program is broken down into four phases, focusing on obtaining necessary licenses while benefiting from a strong mentorship program. You'll work closely with a team of Senior Financial Planners, gaining valuable insights and experience. We teach you what is needed to succeed as a planner with a defined career trajectory once you graduate from this program.
Responsibilities :
- Complete the CA Life and Disability Insurance exam (within the first 30 days).
- Pass the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66 exams (within the first eight months).
- Utilize financial planning, retirement, and investment software for client meetings.
- Schedule appointments with existing clients and manage meeting logistics.
- Support Senior Planners with applications and operational tasks.
- Assist individual financial planners with various projects.
