Job Description: Marketing Coordinator

Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30 – 3:00, late evenings as needed.
Pay: $24 hourly depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and coachable.
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Take ownership of your assigned campaigns, using creativity to improve and follow processes while driving results from start to finish.
- Digital Marketing: Manage email campaigns, social media platforms, and website updates to grow our brand and engage our audience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars.
- ROI Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring our efforts are impactful and resourceful.
- Sales Calls: Reach out to prospective clients and referrals, sharing our purpose and driving them to take the next step in their retirement planning.
- Referral Marketing: Strengthen and expand our referral network, focusing on the growth and improvement of our most important marketing program.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- An analytical mindset for tracking ROI and campaign performance.
- Self-motivated with great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms like Canva, Snappy Kraken, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone and in person.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
