The Hospitality Concierge/Butlers attend to the needs of the residents who live on the Penthouse floor or Serenade Floor of a Luxury Senior Living Community!
What will you get to do as a Concierge?
- Oversees the Penthouse/Serenade floor Taste of RUI ordering and executes room delivery service to the Penthouse residents.
- Coordinates personal shopping and/or grocery delivery for residents upon request.
- Deliver guests’ mail and messages promptly.
- Be fully conversant with new promotions, menu changes, scheduled activities.
- Assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointment when needed.
- Plans, hosts, and serves Penthouse social hour from Taste of RUI fine dining
