Retirement Unlimited is seeking a Sales Associate to join the team! The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority.
The Sales Associate is the liaison to new Residents/families moving into our community, delivering and ensuring the success of our ambassador program. This person works closely with our Director of Sales, and all department heads to ensure a seamless, successful transition and warm welcome into our community. The Sales Associate will also assist with calls, tours, event planning & execution, and other tasks as assigned.
- Schedules appointments and tours with potential residents upon request.
- Coordinates residents' move-in, move-out, and in-house transfers.
- Maintains accurate daily census.
- Maintains accurate, organized residents' pre-admission, move-in, and discharge documentation.
- Maintains accurate, organized documentation of apartment inspections and related work orders.
