Mental Health Clinic Administrator
RETRAC Enterprises, INC is seeking an administrator for a new mental health clinic opening in Milwaukee. The Clinic Administrator is responsible for overall clinic operations and ensuring that the clinic is compliant with Wisconsin Administrative Codes DHS Chapters 35, 92, 94, Wisconsin State Statutes 51, and related State and Federal Laws. Specific duties include the following:
- Compliance/Documentation: Maintains a policy manual to ensure regulatory compliance and develops an audit process to ensure the quality, timeliness, and content of consumer files.
- Client/Consumer Relationships: Maintains admission criteria and referral process for consumers who do not meet criteria. Maintains grievance procedure and ensures consumers are provided access.
- Personnel/Staff Relations: Oversees hiring and onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training.
- Supervision: Oversees the job performance/actions of each staff member. Maintains/implements a written policy for clinical supervision.
- Billing: Develops and implements policies related to fees, payment requirements, and discharge of consumers for non-payment.
Professional and Technical Knowledge Required:
- Must be a Licensed Treatment Professional as defined in Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS Chapter 35 (I.e. Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker).
- 1-2 years in a leadership role at an outpatient mental health clinic.
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise but also work as a member of a team.
- Must be comfortable in the use of an electronic health record and Microsoft 365.
Education:
- Must have an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
Job type:
Full time: (32-40 hours a week)
Shift: (8:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M., Monday-Friday; no evening/weekend or on-call)
Work Setting: (Will primarily work in clinic but may be some opportunity for remote)
Compensation: ($65,000 annually/Negotiable based on experience)
