We are looking for experienced, hard-working, team-oriented Servers.
We have health insurance and benefits available to full-time employees.
The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, while still focusing on hospitality and customer service.
Requirements
- A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
- Must be friendly, and focused on hospitality toward guests
- Must be available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and Weekends. We are open for dinner Thursday-Monday nights and Sunday for brunch.
- Proven experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus (rum and classic cocktail knowledge is a plus!)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Nights and Weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions knowledgeably
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
