ReTreet Resort is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Personnel to support and execute marketing strategies that drive bookings, guest engagement, and brand growth. This role plays a crucial part in promoting ReTreet’s luxury glamping experience, increasing social media reach, and attracting both guests and influencers. The ideal candidate will assist in content creation, digital advertising, and event marketing, ensuring that all campaigns align with ReTreet’s mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a structured social media posting schedule aligned with seasonal promotions, influencer partnerships, and events using Agorapulse
- Collaborate with content creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) that enhances brand credibility according to ReTreet's process
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Assist in developing and running targeted marketing campaigns for ReTreet’s glamping stays, spa services, and events
- Optimize digital ad campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads to increase bookings and sponsorship interest.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and guest engagement initiatives.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Maintain and optimize ReTreet’s website and blog for search engine visibility and conversion rates.
- Assist with blog writing and automation using Generative AI to generate SEO-friendly content.
Influencer & Partnership Collaboration
- Support influencer relationship management, ensuring vetting and first-time stay policies are followed to protect both parties.
- Assist with tracking ReTreeter’s Referral Program and influencer-driven promotions.
Event & On-Site Marketing Support
- Help organize and promote immersive events, product launches, and wellness experiences at ReTreet.
- Participate in event execution, photography, and real-time content creation.
Performance Analysis & Budgeting
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Assist in marketing budget allocation and ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered).
- Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and HubSpot CRM
- Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and influencer engagement.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for outdoor hospitality, influencer marketing, and storytelling.
