Position Overview
The Arcade Control Deck Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and securely packaging arcade control decks. This role is critical to ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, fully functional products. We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a passion for craftsmanship.
This is a growth-oriented position, and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a managerial role as this department expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble arcade control decks with precision, following technical guidelines and quality standards.
- Test completed control decks to ensure all buttons, joysticks, and wiring function correctly.
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to defective or misassembled components.
- Securely pack and prepare shipments to ensure products arrive safely to customers.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, managing tools, hardware, and materials.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in improving assembly and testing processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the success of the shop.
- Prepare to take on leadership responsibilities as the control deck division grows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with basic hand tools and electrical wiring Ability to follow assembly guides, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control and precise work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying organized.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic components and arcade hardware.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
