Role Description
Retro Detailing is hiring a full-time Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer or Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This is an on-site position in Bowling Green, OH.
The right candidate will install PPF and/or window tints on customer vehicles with precision and care. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled shop using professional-grade products and tools. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and wants to grow with a team that values quality and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply paint protection film (PPF) and/or window tint to various vehicle types.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and high-quality installations
- Inspect surfaces and prepare vehicles properly before film application
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience with PPF installation and/or window tinting
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with industry tools, materials, and techniques
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn or grow with the team
Bonus Points for:
- Certifications in window tint or PPF installation
- Experience with automotive detailing or ceramic coatings
- Familiarity with plotter software or bulk install techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.89 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
