Retro Fitness Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with franchisees and their teams to drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development.
Job Description:
- Oversee personal working relationships with Franchisees while remaining committed to the Retro Fitness brand objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase new member growth, member services, profit center revenue generation, cost controls, marketing, purchasing, and people development.
- Travel required 90% between locations supporting franchisees.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years as a General Manager or supervisor in the Fitness Industry.
- Working understanding of DataTrak and Club OS preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales leader, trainer, or coach.
- Strong communication skills.
