The 20,000 state-of-the-art flagship franchise location is in need of a dedicated, professional leader to help take the business to the next level.

Compensation and Perks :

650-$700 per week salary.

Job Requirements :

Flexible availability such as nights and weekends are a must. The Assistant Manager's focus will be on sales and operations, including but not limited to (subject to change) :

Sales :

Lead follow-up. Calling, texting, and emailing leads within our platform (Club-OS).

Setting and confirming appointments for prospect tours and conducting tours.

Outside Prospecting : attending local events, setting up accounts in multi-unit buildings in the surrounding areas, and setting up corporate / business accounts.

Operations :

Conduct club walk-throughs to ensure the club is always clean and in order per ownership and Retro Fitness standards.

Resolving member issues (billing, customer service, etc.)

Contacting delinquent accounts on weekly basis.

Overseeing inventory :

Conducting weekly inventory counts and report / resolve issues.

Ordering janitorial supplies, smoothie products, cooler drinks, protein bars, and apparel as needed.

Answering member emails and addressing requests or issues.

Training and coaching employees.

Assisting with equipment and facility maintenance issues as well as preventive maintenance.

Taking ownership of the front desk and smoothie bar by maintaining a clean and organized area, ensuring supplies are available, and all is stocked accordingly.
