CAREER OVERVIEW :
Retro Fitness - Annapolis is seeking trainers to lead, instruct, and motivate. Our 60-minute class is a full-body workout designed around boxing.
BATTLE FIT QUALITIES :
- Customer-Service Skills. Battle Fit trainers have a unique and fun energy and they build and maintain relationships with clients on behalf of Battle Fit.
- Motivational Skills. To keep clients coming back, Battle Fit trainers must keep their clients engaged throughout the workout.
- Physical Fitness. Battle Fit trainers must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. Battle Fit instructors need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Battle Fit trainers must provide regressions and progressions for clients with differing abilities.
- Communication Skills. Battle Fit trainers must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues and movements to clients in an professional, clear, and motivating manner.
- Listening Skills. Battle Fit trainers must be able to "read the room."
- Time Management. Battle Fit trainers must be proficient in delivering a multi-dimensional workout, while maintaining their attention on both the boxing and strength training areas concurrently.
