Responsibilities: ∙

(1) Drive growth of department revenue via the Pro Fitness Program’s sales and service program (2)Lead flawless execution of department best practices as they pertain to personal trainers and fitness advisors ∙

(3) Oversee all aspects of administrative details as they pertain to the Pro Fitness Program protocol

(4) Hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating all personal trainers and fitness advisors

(5) Communicate with club members as it pertains to the personal trainers and fitness advisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,778.00 - $55,332.00 per year
