Job Description
The Franchise Business Coach will work closely with franchisees and their teams to drive revenue and profitability through coaching, site meetings, business plan development, KPI reviews, and brand excellence reviews.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase membership and retention rates*
* Providing coaching and guidance to franchisees on operational best practices*
* Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to improve profitability*
* Collaborating with the Director of Operations to develop and implement business plans*
Requirements
* 7 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role in business management*
* 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, training, and coaching*
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability*
* Strong leadership and communication skills*
