Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support: Assist with various operational tasks to ensure smooth branch functions.
- Financial Management: Handle invoicing, accounts, and financial administration.
- Systems & Technology: Oversee technology systems and ensure their proper functioning.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update required documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and addressing potential risks in operations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
- 1 years of experience in administrative support, accounts payable, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle fleet management, IT systems, and financial processes.
- Experience in managing wireless accounts, credit cards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
