Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Utilize welding techniques to repair or fabricate components as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct auto body repairs, including dent removal and surface preparation.
• Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
• Measure components accurately using precision measuring instruments.
• Apply basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and material requirements.
• Execute auto painting tasks with attention to detail for finish quality.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques and safety practices.
• Experience operating forklifts and handling materials safely.
• Knowledge of auto body repair processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and their proper usage.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
• Strong basic math skills for calculations related to technical tasks.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $22.84 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
