About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow the business, managing a team of Sr. Account Executives, and working closely with internal technical teams to penetrate existing accounts and introduce new solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 5 years in a Sales leadership role with experience reducing cost of sale/improving sales cycle times or outcomes through process improvements and technology enablers.
- Sales Expertise: Excellent understanding of the role of a sales professional, demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal technical teams to penetrate existing accounts, introduce and sell solutions, and provide sales support to convey strength, value, and credibility.
