Role Description Summary:
The Server is responsible for ensuring the guest has a wonderful 80's dining experience and tells all their friends about the RAD service, food, and fun!
Duties:
Welcome all guests
Follows all steps of signature service
Bartending
Knowledgeable of bar drinks and food items
Suggestively sells daily drink features and food
Treats the guests as family
Anticipates guests needs
Serve hot food hot and cold food cold
Team player
Maintains a clean and organized station
Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members!
Have fun!
Requirements:
Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays
Enjoy interacting with families and children
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Enjoy having fun and talking about the 80's decade!
