With a proven track record of optimizing real estate value resulting in over $1 billion in gross assets, this firm holds a diverse portfolio of 5 million SF across Western markets. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the executive leadership team and to specialize in acquisitions underwriting, asset management, and capital markets.
Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree with strong GPA.
- 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate analysis using Excel. ARGUS is a plus.
