The position is based in Burlingame, CA , and demands active engagement in market meetings, asset visits, new acquisitions, and efforts to enhance the brand’s presence in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate actively in market meetings with West Region investment sales and leasing brokers to identify potential transactions and leasing prospects.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives for West region real estate projects, including the preparation of lease proposals and agreements.
- Assist with asset management duties, focusing on budgeting, tenant relations, and overall property oversight.
- Monitor and produce internal asset and market updates, encompassing lease comps, sale comps, development project statuses, and essential statistics (e.g., vacancy rates, asking rates).
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing brand recognition in the West Region by developing relationships that align with the company's mission.
