Description
RETTEW is seeking a highly motivated Designer with at least 5 years of AutoCAD experience in gas and water pipeline projects to join their Natural Sciences Team in the Environmental and Geotechnology Practice. The candidate will assist Team Leads, Project Managers, and Environmental Scientists on existing and upcoming projects primarily within the Tri-State Area. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA, with in-office work and hybrid options available after six months.
Responsibilities include providing design support for gas, waterline, and utility projects. The ideal candidate will have working design knowledge of linear projects, including pipeline construction. The candidate will prepare various design documents to support the project teams, including E&S plans, permit plans / exhibits, site restoration design plans, utility crossing exhibits, etc.
Candidates will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be :
