The Landscape Project Manager (LPM) estimates softscape landscape projects, and oversees the successful completion of landscape projects and landscape maintenance services / gardening, managing a team and coordinating with other management staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
Key duties include :
1.Planning and Coordination : Coordinating with Logistics Manager, making appointments with customers, meeting with customers to assess desired projects. Preparing estimates, labor and material needs, and drawing up simple designs for softscape landscape projects. gardening and landscape maintenance services.
Coordinating with Logistics Manager in scheduling work and ensuring tasks align with weather conditions and client needs. Documenting Best Practices, and setting up systems and procedures to efficiently perform services. Work with project foreman to acquire materials, and to relay the scope and details of the project. Upholding the standards for safety and quality of the services.
2. Supervising and Training : Hiring, training, and managing staff to meet production goals and maintain safety standards. Working closely with the Project Foreman who will lead the project onsite from start to finish.
3. Customer Interaction : Preparing project cost estimates, providing consultations with customers, and responding to service requests or questions or complaints related to landscaping services. Following up with customers to confirm customer satisfaction, and to offer any additional services.
4. Maintenance and Logistics : Ensuring equipment and vehicles are maintained, as well as managing supplies and facility cleanliness.
5. Working in the field with the crews as necessary or available beyond the management responsibilities.
6. Co-lead with Lawn Maintenance Manager and work with teams on Spring and Fall Cleanups and Perennial Garden cleanouts (with fall cleanups). Co-lead Winter services and work with teams including plowing, shoveling, salt applications. (co-lead with other division managers)
7. Represent the Company, holding a high standard of service and integrity when interacting with Customers and other Staff.
