Job Description
Position Title : Sales Manager
Reports To : Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary
At Return, we’re all about Good-for-the-Earth solutions that make a meaningful impact for farmers and the planet. As our Sales Manager, you’ll do more than just lead our sales efforts—you’ll be the driving force behind our mission to empower farmers with sustainable, soil-health-focused products. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales, offering the chance to connect with farmers, build lasting relationships, and drive meaningful growth.
You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, inspire and guide a dynamic sales team, and work directly with customers to champion our growing supplies. This is an in-person role with a hybrid schedule—spend about three days in the office (currently in Stewartville, MN, moving to Hayfield, MN, in 2025), with remote work and time spent visiting regional clients.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who knows the ins and outs of agricultural sales, loves building relationships with farmers, and is ready to lead by example. It’s also an excellent fit for a seasoned agribusiness manager eager to transition into a sales-driven leadership role where they can make a difference for the farming community and the future of agriculture.
