- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Work closely with demand marketing, social media, and sales teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Paid Media & Digital Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and other digital platforms, coordinating with agency partners as needed.
- Develop and manage campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, and event marketing with a strong focus on conversion rates and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve performance and optimize conversion rates.
- Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tracking platforms.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign ROI, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Develop custom dashboards to streamline data analysis and enhance decision-making.
- Brand Messaging & Collaboration:
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in marketing automation, email marketing, and digital advertising tools to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- 3 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Expertise in email marketing, paid media management, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social media campaign management.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead nurturing workflows.
