Description
The Enterprise Program Manager will be an essential player in driving client-facing programs and ensuring the success of various initiatives related to production, forecasting, recovery, financial modeling, and channel management. This role requires a deep understanding of SAAS, Supply Chain, and ReCommerce processes to help ensure optimal inventory management, returns disposition, and program success. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to provide data-driven insights, optimize processes, and solve complex challenges related to returns management.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Lead the coordination, launch, and management of client programs, ensuring effective problem-solving with internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with client operations on inventory flow, pallet management, and volume forecasting for returns and disposition via ReturnPro’s technology platform.

Leverage SAAS tools (e.g., R1, Excel, PowerBI) to extract, analyze, and manipulate key data to improve forecasting, reporting, and performance across programs.

Work closely with retail clients on generating insights, reviewing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports, and supporting problem-solving in day-to-day operations.

Monitor financial performance across client programs, identifying areas of improvement in profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-departmentally to implement new processes and improve existing workflows, enhancing program outcomes and client satisfaction.

Use task management software to track projects and deliverables for internal teams and clients, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.

Provide ongoing program status updates to clients, including performance analysis, problem-solving, and strategic recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued program success.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in SAAS platforms, with the ability to leverage data analytics tools like Excel, PowerBI, and proprietary software to drive business outcomes.

Proven experience in Supply Chain and ReCommerce environments, especially related to inventory management, reverse logistics, and financial forecasting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Demonstrated experience using task management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) to manage complex programs and projects.
