Position Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Account Executive. The Junior Account Executive enjoys the challenge of bringing new SMB brands, retailers and 3rd party marketplace sellers into the goTRG ecosystem, is proficient at creating services, and products and conveying them in a compelling way to prospective clients.
Our Junior Account Executive has experience in B2B business development with SMB merchants, building relationships and trust, developing solutions, and driving revenue.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Develop leads generated through marketing and outbound activities to convert to full service ReturnPro customers
Ability to articulate a strong value proposition for our full suite of solutions including Software, Supply Chain services, and ReCommerce
Manage an efficient sales process focusing on software and growing into supply chain solutions
Work autonomously to develop and manage pipeline, schedule and deliver demos, and follow up activities to close new business
Develop a deep knowledge of assigned clients/prospects
Create/develop innovative networking skills to develop and drive pipeline for assigned solutions
Collaborate with internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate key target audiences
Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred, in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics
2 to 4 years demonstrable quota achievement in B2B sales of solutions to SMB merchants
Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and working with marketing teams internally
Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients
Proven experience in closing B2B software with SMB merchants
Ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet
Strong ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship
Expert with high volume sales approach
Proficient with previous CRM tools (Hubspot)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
