Position Summary:
goTRG is looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic Technician Lead. The Technician Lead is responsible for assisting in supervising teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Train technician associates on repair
Use functional test fixtures and software, signal generator, oscilloscope, voltmeter, etc.
Ensure pragmatic analysis of PCBA-based product using schematic and fault tree guidance
Repair devices via component replacement (de-solder, resolder, test)
Communicate departmental goals to technician associates
Ensure associates follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures
Assist the Technician Supervisor with day-to-day needs
Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior work experience in computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting preferred
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a must
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 20-35 lbs.
- Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
