Key Responsibilities:
Host live shopping streams on Whatnot, presenting, demonstrating, and selling ReturnPros inventory.
Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and purchase inquiries to drive sales.
Create an energetic, entertaining, and interactive atmosphere that keeps the audience engaged and coming back for more.
Educate buyers on product details, category trends, and ReturnPros unique inventory.
Build and grow a loyal audience by developing a personal brand and fostering customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, content planning, promotions, and live-streaming strategies.
Optimize streaming setup (lighting, audio, video quality) to ensure high production value.
Analyze key performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and continuously refine content for better results.
Comfortable and confident on camera with a strong, engaging presence.
