What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid/Remote Insurance Defense Attorney position at Reuben Alan LLC?
A growing law firm is seeking insurance defense/ liability litigation attorneys with 2 years of experience in Insurance defense litigation. It is especially interested in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/ or construction defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability employment law, and business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
- Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
- Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
- Self-starter; professional
- Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
- Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented

Pay: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
