Converses with customers and sales associates on the phone or through correspondence.
Quotes prices and determines availability of ordered items.
Enter new brakes, parts, service orders in the system and schedules ship dates.
Follow up with customers regarding ship dates.
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication skills, particularly phone communication skills.
Problem - solving skills.
Basic math aptitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
