Reunion Golf and Country Club has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor
The ideal candidate for this position will have a professional and courteous demeanor, be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and exhibit a high standard of service in a private club environment.
Housekeeper Responsibilities include organizing, checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations.
Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Check club facilities and all common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Provide daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, kitchen, and restroom facilities
- Perform light cleaning and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans, etc.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Respond to member feedback and special requests
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- Work experience as a Housekeeper.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma is a plus
This position reports directly to the Building Maintenance Engineer.
