What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nursing Supervisor FULL TIME DAYS position at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Inverness?
Position Summary: Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Anticipated Position Close Date: 2/27/2025
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
- CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
Desired Qualifications:
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
