Job Title: Bartender

Pay: $9.98ph tips

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in a timely manner
• Create new cocktail recipes with a forward-thinking approach for guests and members in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, all while providing outstanding service.
• Create and foster personal experiences and relationships with guests and members.
• Ability to keep open and effective communication with fellow coworkers, guests, and members
• Provide restaurant and bar guests with excellent beverage quality and consistency in an attractive environment and with professional service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on events, promotions, and specialty items
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Create innovative and creative drink options that meet or exceed guest and members expectations
• Responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and designing new, innovative ideas for upscale bar design and menu experience.
• Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep guests engaged and enjoying themselves.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, along with filling orders for the servers.
• Receive and process orders in the POS system with accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs, and monitor and handle guest inquiries. Notify management when a guest becomes intoxicated or rude to other guests.
• Make sure all POS procedures and processes are adhered to at all times.
• Assist in conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menus changes, and reservations.
• Assist F&B manager with bar inventory.
• Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, stock beer and wine coolers.
• Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
• Maintain professional and cooperative communication with co-workers and management.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
• Ensure bar area is clean and sanitary at all times
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
• Bartending/Mixologist experience of at least 2 years is required.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
• Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
