ReUp Education is seeking a skilled Senior Interaction / UX Designer to define and deliver a bold strategy for the organization's product portfolio. This role will be pivotal in translating our product vision into concrete solutions that reshape the higher education and workforce landscape.
As the Senior Product Designer, you'll report to the Senior Director of Product and work closely with the Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering teams to create exceptional user experiences across our products. You will have a rare opportunity to contribute to a full suite of technology platforms, including a learner-facing education-to-career marketplace, government and school-facing applications, and internal tools that supercharge the delivery of our offering.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Learner Services, and other stakeholders to deliver successful products.
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to refine and implement a flexible product design process to enable development speed, customer delight, and consistent user experiences across the portfolio.
- Foster user-centricity by conducting and analyzing user research and testing assumptions via rapid prototyping.
- Define, maintain, and apply design guidelines and best practices across the product portfolio.
- Measure and optimize the impact of design on key metrics that move the needle for the business.
- Keep abreast of design trends and industry developments, incorporating relevant advancements into the team's workflow.

The pay range for this role is :
Starting base pay $145,000-$155,000 per year commensurate with experience per year (Austin, TX)
