CNC Programmer

Reuss Industries Inc. is a small, family-owned business in Madison, PA specializing in custom fabrication & machining. Our expertise lies in serving the steel mills, mining industry, and nuclear industry. Unlike production-focused shops, we thrive on unique, one-off projects. Whether it’s working from a specific drawing or adapting to modifications, we handle both mild steel and aluminum with precision and dedication.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 2 or more years of experience running Haas CNC Mills and Lathes
• Capability to use MasterCam or equivalent programming software
• Knowledge in tooling and machining processes
• Must be able to accurately read and interpret a drawing
• Have general knowledge & correctly identify materials - Stainless/Aluminum/Etc.
• Proficient time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings for specifications and machining processes.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam and other software to produce components.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring quality and meeting timelines.
• Inspect using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with management and production teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00-3:30
Overtime available during busy periods (Extended hours to 4:30 and some Saturdays)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
