Job Summary
Reuther Material Company is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Succasunna, NJ. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading materials with a bucket loader for our manufacturing plant and customer vehicles. You will also be responsible for cleaning the plant and yard, identifying damages, and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies. Additionally, you will transport raw materials to production workstations, inspect machinery, and maintain records of inventory and activity logs.
Responsibilities
* Load materials with bucket loader for Manufacturing Plant.
* Load materials with bucket loader into Customer Vehicles.
* Clean in plant and yard as needed.
* Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
* Transport raw materials to production workstations.
* Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
* Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
* Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
* Driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other like facilities as needed.
* Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Requirements
* Responsible individual with proven experience as loader/forklift operator.
* Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
* Excellent physical condition and coordination (including the ability to reach above your head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary).
* Goal-oriented to ensure material and products will always be at the right location to achieve maximum efficiency.
