CMM, FARO Arm/Tracker Inspector

Reuther Mold & Mfg. builds exciting Aerospace tooling projects along with molds for the Military, Automotive, and Commercial industries. Qualified candidates will be able to read prints with GD&T, use micrometers, and follow work instructions. We need personnel who can set up, program, and operate a coordinate measuring machine with PC-DMIS software and inspect large assemblies with Faro arms and Faro laser trackers. Responsibilities
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and FARO Arm/Tracker.
- Interpret blueprints and utilize GD&T principles for accurate measurements.
- Perform quality inspections according to AS9100 standards.
- Utilize Micrometers for precision measuring in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain equipment and tools for efficient and accurate inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
