Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssumes responsibility for the growth and performance metrics of assigned branches:
- Develop and implement branch-specific strategies to optimize sales, service, and operational excellence.
- Ensure branches are staffed appropriately, are well-trained, and are aligned with REV’s strategic goals and member experience standards.
- Oversee branch profitability, ensuring efficient operations while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Drive a consultative sales culture, equipping teams to transition service interaction into sales opportunities that benefit members.
Assumes responsibility for the leadership and people development within assigned branches:
- Lead, coach, and develop Retail Branch Managers to drive performance, engagement, and leadership growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning within each branch.
- Champion REV DNA to unlock the potential of team members within areas of management.
- Ensure effective cross training and development to grow bench strength and a leadership pipeline within branches to sustain long-term success.
Assumes responsibility for the member experience and operational excellence in assigned branches:
- Ensure branches deliver superior service experiences aligned with REV’s brand and member expectations.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics related to service delivery, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Support the execution of policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain risk management and operational integrity.
Assumes responsibility for the market presence and business development:
- Develop and execute market strategies that drive membership growth and brand awareness within assigned region.
- Establish strong relationships with community organizations, businesses, and centers of influence to enhance REV’s visibility.
- Lead business development initiatives to generate new member relationships and deepen existing ones.
- Identify and pursue external business opportunities that align with REV’s growth objectives.
Assumes responsibility for financial and performance management:
- Drive the performance of the branches within management to meet and exceed sales, lending, and membership growth goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and member needs to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance financial performance while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
