ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Supervise daily suite operations during events, including staffing, setup, service execution, and breakdown.
- Train, schedule, and manage suite attendants and runners, ensuring adherence to service standards and policies.
- Act as primary point of contact for suite guests, addressing questions, concerns, or special requests professionally and promptly.
- Oversee suite setup to ensure accuracy in food and beverage orders, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery and replenishment of suite orders.
- Monitor inventory of suite supplies, place restocking requests, and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Ensure all staff comply with health and safety guidelines, including food handling and alcohol service.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction.
- Complete post-event reports, incident logs, and inventory counts as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season.
