The Corporate Development Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competitive analysis, financial modeling, and market research. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate finance and strategy, offering exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional business operations.
Internship could extend beyond summer, transitioning into a part-time position during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and divestitures.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
- Support financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A and strategic projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Assist in due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing financial, operational, and market data.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to support transaction execution.
- Monitor industry trends and investment activity in REV Group’s markets.
- Support other strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting.
- Progress towards the CFA designation is a plus
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
- Familiarity with public company financial statements and SEC filings.
- Hands-on experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic finance.
- Exposure to senior leadership and corporate strategy discussions.
