Primary Functions:
Summary: to process and collect all sales invoices within company policy; to process hourly a/r checks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoice all sales.
- Collect all outstanding invoices.
- Review credit history for action.
- Process all hourly a/r checks.
- Contact customers to resolve invoice problems.
- Maintain customer database on as 400.
- Maintain files.
- Process payroll.
- Book warranty and prepare monthly warranty report.
Qualifications:
Three (3) years automated p/r and a/r experience.
two (2) years of college with business emphasis.
Qualifications cont.:
- Computerized systems experience.
- Hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to read and write English.
