Primary Functions: Conducts accounts receivable accounting functions, including the processing of customer invoices, reconciliation of accounts, general ledger account coding, and maintenance of records related to accounts receivable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of customer invoices and receipts
- Monitoring and tracking of recurring monthly receivables
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Daily processing of customer payments
- Month-end accrual reporting for outstanding receivables
- Maintaining an accurate credit log
- Reviewing and approving new customer credit applications and changes
- Adhoc reporting and additional duties as assigned

Work Environment: The majority of this job is performed in an office environment. However, while performing the duties, the employee may work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of automated accounting/accounts receivable preferrable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
Education:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or related field of study or related experience.
