Pay Range : $50,000-$70,000 per year.
About the role
REV Robotics is seeking an exceptional, self-driven Executive Administrator to support the CEO in achieving company objectives. Duties of the Executive Administrator will be primarily providing direct support to the CEO in the areas of :
- In-depth data analysis
- Extensive special project management
- Coordinating meetings and schedules
- Managing CEO communications, both internally and externally
REV is committed to providing quality, low-cost educational robotics parts for STEM Education, and the Executive Administrator should utilize their skills as necessary to support that mission
What you"ll do
Create reports, charts, and other materials needed for presentations or meetingsManage special projectsCoordinate, take notes, and distribute information about meetings, including appropriate follow-up when necessaryPrepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items.In-depth research and data analysis to determine feasibility of long-term strategic objectives (using Odoo, other CRMs, and e-commerce sites)Track progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.Assist the President in completing action items and projects on Monday.com or other tracking tools.Provide input on process improvements and help optimize the CEO's workflow.Assist in creating and driving the company roadmapAct as a brand ambassador by ensuring all interactions with internal / external stakeholders align with REV Robotics mission and valuesSet up and maintain international registrations and country requirements using Avalera softwareCoordinate company events throughout the yearScreen and manage CEO's emails and visitors, ensuring appropriate follow-throughWork closely with the Operations and Engineering department on action items for implementation.Coordinate travel arrangements for employeesHandle requests, feedback, and queries from or on behalf of the CEO quickly and professionallyProvide assistance to other departments as neededOrganize departmental documentation on various platforms.Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Coordinate facility repair and maintenance, including follow-upOrganize and order supplies for general office useOrder and maintain break room suppliesMay help plan for and represent REV and / or the CEO at eventsOther responsibilities as needed to ensure that the goals of REV are metQualifications
