What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleburne Video Content Internship position at REV Sports Management?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Edit & produce radio programming shows.
Assist with the marketing team on game days/during games and all community appearances (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X).
Gather video content from games, events, and the fans to create hype videos, short clips, and highlights.
Attend weekly marketing meetings to understand the social media/marketing needs.
Stay current and create social media content with trends.
Make sure all corporate sponsorship social media assets are accounted for.
Assist and create custom content development for social media channels.
Follow the brand guidelines and 2025 design aesthetic set forth by the Marketing Team.
Al other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry with a focus on Facility Operations.
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions.
The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
Possess experience in general maintenance with a basic knowledge of basic tools.
Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude.
The ability to have fun while performing any task.
Be a leader in customer service.
