JOB SUMMARY: The Allen Americans are a professional hockey club in the ECHL. Championship Hockey is the backbone of the American's franchise since being founded prior to the 2009-10 season, with the Red, White and Blue having captured two ECHL Kelly Cup Championships (2014-15 & 2015-16) and two Central Hockey League President's Cups (2012-13 & 2013-14). Americans’ home games are played at the Allen Event Center, which is located in The Village at Allen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Participate in pre-game meetings to review game scripts, promotional activities, and special in-game events. Collaborate with the scoreboard operator and game-day staff to ensure smooth execution of game-day operations.

• Assist the broadcast team with technical setup and pre-game testing of equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and ready for live coverage.

• Serve as a welcoming and approachable resource for fans by answering questions about seating, concessions, and other stadium-related inquiries to enhance their game-day experience.

• Assist the broadcaster by tracking next-generation statistics and providing real-time insights to enrich the broadcast, helping fans stay engaged and informed throughout the game.

• All other duties as assigned
